Instructed by the Client to provide detail design and naval architecture services for the conversion from early in the project.
Included provision of many drawings and calculations for new structures, installation of deck machinery, stabiliser, bow thruster, davits and other
features. Worked with Lloyds' Register to obtain a class certificate and the MCA for operation as a small passenger ship within 60nm from a safe haven.
Working closely with the Project Manager and Designer, we supported the project through to delivery and sea trials.
